A Chinese film and television actress, stage performer, and program host, she is a graduate of the Beijing Film Academy. She is the Founder of North America Lu Drama Workshop, an instructor at Chunqiu Hong Performing Arts Academy, and a director with the Seattle Chinese Drama Society. She is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA).

Her film and television credits include Sweet Swordwoman Gan Fengchi, Contemporary Talents, Golden Storm, A Manchu–Han Imperial Feast, Shaolin Seven Kills, The Virtuous Empress, Judge Shi, Love Without Regret, Love O2O, Warm Love, Hair Dressing, Late Autumn, and Romeo and Juliet of Liangshan, among others.

She starred in the theme song MTV “True to Your Heart” for Disney’s animated film Mulan, and received the Special Achievement Award in Performing Arts from the Sino-American Cultural Exchange Association of Los Angeles. In 2015, she was honored with the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Sino-American Television Festival.

In 2023, she founded Chunqiu Hong Performing Arts Academy and North America Lu Drama Workshop, dedicating herself to the advancement of theatrical and performing arts education.
